Phillip Hunt has over 35 years’ experience in the property and surveying industry, with many years spent in Corporate Surveying and as a Chartered Surveyor has carried out surveys to a wide range of property types both commercial and residential.

The company was established in 2014, with the aim of providing professional surveying services to both commercial and residential clients with a personal approach providing bespoke friendly advice and comprehensive survey reports for all building types.

In 2016 Phillip relocated to the South Coast from the West Midlands to further enjoy his hobby of sailing.
