When to instruct a dilapidation report

We recommend that Landlords and Tenants are proactive in the Dilapidations process if there is a significant lease event such as a lease break or lease end at least 12 months before to enable an appropriate dilapidations strategy and successful outcome for both parties.

We can manage the process from inception to completion and project manage any works that may be required.
